Qunstack provides retailer acquisition and wholesale growth services for brands selling on the Faire marketplace and other wholesale channels. Our services include, but are not limited to, retailer outreach, email and phone prospecting, Faire store optimization, wholesale network exposure, AI visibility optimization, and performance reporting.
The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of service engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you upon onboarding. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you are engaging our services.
When you engage with Qunstack through our website, contact forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other communication channel, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or sensitive business information shared with us.
Qunstack may offer a free trial of its services, which typically includes outreach to a specified number of qualified retailers. The free trial is provided on a no-obligation basis and does not require a credit card or long-term commitment. Qunstack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
The free trial is limited to one trial per brand or business entity. Qunstack reserves the right to decline a free trial application at its sole discretion.
Our pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of your engagement. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment terms, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods will be communicated to you during the onboarding process and outlined in your service agreement.
We offer monthly subscription plans with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis at Qunstack's discretion.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver our services in a professional, timely, and competent manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of retailer acquisitions, orders, or revenue increases. Performance outcomes depend on a variety of factors, many of which are outside our control, including product quality, market conditions, pricing strategy, and retailer demand.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of QUOIN LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Any strategies, systems, processes, or methodologies developed or used by Qunstack in the delivery of services remain the exclusive intellectual property of QUOIN LLC.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services, including business plans, client lists, financial information, and proprietary methodologies. Neither party will disclose such confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qunstack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Qunstack during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUOIN LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in the service agreement. Qunstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or reputation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
